Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use zarlinoaudio.com or buy our software. By purchasing or using our software you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. Our software

We currently sell Windows VST3 plugins (with standalone builds where provided). Current releases are marked as public beta: they are fully usable but may change, and you should keep backups of your sessions as usual. The software's licence terms — what you may and may not do with it — are set out in the License Agreement.

2. Trial

Our plugins run fully functional for 14 days without a licence so you can evaluate them in your own sessions.

3. Prices, payment, delivery

Prices are shown on the product pages (US dollars; local-currency equivalents may be shown or charged depending on your payment method). Payments are processed by Paystack. Your licence key is displayed on the checkout page immediately after a successful payment — save it somewhere safe; if you lose it we will re-issue it to the purchase email on request. Any taxes payable are handled as required by law.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back policy — see the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

5. Updates

We may release updates and fixes; we are not obliged to add features. Updates are provided under these same terms.

6. Restrictions

Don't resell, share, or redistribute licence keys; don't redistribute the software itself; don't try to extract licence functions or bypass licensing; don't use the software unlawfully. Full restrictions are in the Licence Agreement.

7. Ownership, warranty, liability

The software and its content remain our property (and that of our licensors). The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sessions, or indirect losses. For paid products we do not exclude liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ghana. Contact: support@zarlinoaudio.com.
