License Agreement (EULA)

1. Licence grant

When you buy a Zarlino Audio plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use that plugin, for a single user, on computers you own or control, for your own music production and post-production work. You may make backup copies of the installer and your licence key.

2. What you may not do

• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, or publicly post licence keys.
• Redistribute, publish, or make the software available to third parties.
• Remove or alter copyright, licence, or attribution notices.
• Bypass, disable, or extract the licence or activation functionality.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the software in violation of any applicable law.

3. Trial & beta builds

Demo/trial functionality runs for 14 days without a licence. "Public beta" builds are provided as-is for evaluation and normal use, are subject to change, and may contain defects; keep backups of your projects as you normally would.

4. Ownership

The software, its design, and its documentation remain owned by Zarlino Audio and its licensors. The software includes components of the JUCE framework and other third-party or open-source libraries, each governed by their own licences, which we comply with. This agreement gives you a licence to use the software — not ownership of it.

5. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you materially breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the software. Termination does not affect your rights under the Refund Policy or applicable consumer law.

6. Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost or corrupted project data.

7. Governing law
