If a Zarlino Audio plugin doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How to request one

Email support@zarlinoaudio.com from the address you used at checkout, with a line about what didn't work (it helps us fix things). We aim to confirm within 2 business days.

Processing

Refunds are sent back through Paystack to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. After a refund, your licence for that product ends — please delete the plugin or stop using the key.

Fair use & your rights

This policy is for genuine purchases by the person who bought the licence; we may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same product). Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
