1. Who we are

Zarlino Audio (Ghana) develops and sells audio software. You can reach us at support@zarlinoaudio.com.

2. What we collect

• Purchase details — the email address you enter at checkout and the items you bought. Card and payment details are handled by Paystack; we never see or store your card number.
• Licence keys — the key issued to your email address, kept so we can re-issue it if you lose it.
• Updates list — the email address you give when you ask to be notified about releases.
• Feedback you send — bug reports and suggestions, including any email address you include. Bug reports are handled through a public issue tracker, so please don't include personal information you don't want to be public.
• Technical data — basic request logs from our hosting provider (for example IP address and timestamps) used for security and aggregate visit counting.

3. How we use it

To deliver your purchase and licence, provide support and re-issue keys, send the release updates you asked for, keep the store secure and prevent abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We use automated systems to help run the store and support workflows; these are reviewed by us.

4. Who we share it with

• Cloudflare — hosting and storage for this website and our internal systems.
• Paystack — payment processing; their own privacy policy applies to payment data.
• GitHub — public bug reports and suggestions you submit may appear as public issues.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep purchase and licence records for as long as needed to deliver licences and meet legal obligations; update-list addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for updates, by emailing support@zarlinoaudio.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable data-protection law.

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the version date above.
